Worst experience in my entire life! I made the reservation with them about one month before I needed to ship my car. I contacted the so-called "shipping expert" every week to make sure my car could be picked up. Every time he promised that several carriers were interested and one week before the shipping date he said that one carrier was on his way. Three days before the shipping date, he disappeared and another person said he could help me and increased the price by $400. They wasted my time and in the end I had to sell my car to the dealer because there was no time for me to find another company.
