contacted rbat because of rate quote gave 30 day window for low rate which was 45 business days which was ok gave electronic deposit after a week they took another deposit unauthorized contacted them with both copys of deposits said they would refund second as mistake they confirmed again by email could not reach by phone anyway never received either deposit back or never picked up car cheap is not the best M A Cortlandt Manor N Y
