I engaged with Rock Bottom based on their competitive bid. It was a tough time of year to ship a vehicle (around Thanksgiving). At first no carriers were able to transport my car for the amount we tried to set but Michael worked with me to set a price where the vehicle would move. He did a good job and stayed in close contact with me through Thanksgiving trying to help. He was very attentive so I increased his broker fee. I will suggest Rock Bottom to people I am moving out from California to CT for our new company here in Stamford, CT.
