I will admit, I was a bit worried when my shipping broker (Agape Transport) assigned me to this company for my move from MI-CA and I saw some of the reviews. My experience, however, was completely satisfactory.
I had great communication with Eric (who picked up my car) and Pat (who delivered my car) via my cell phone. They were extremely polite ("Yes sir", "No sir"), they were very honest and they went above and beyond in terms of trying to deliver before the scheduled date. They were consummate professionals who had all the paperwork ready for me, they had no problem with me inspecting my car and were very flexible about pickup location.
I would deal with them again, no questions asked. They transported my 6 month old car across the country, on time and on budget, even with the flooding in Iowa that closed I-80 - and it was in perfect shape.
I'm not a shill for this company - I'd never even heard of it prior to last week. I'm just a satisfied customer.
