it is bad enough that the car has not been picked up 48 days after I placed the order - but I have called and raised the offer 3 times and still nothing - in 6 weeks the company has NEVER once initiated communication or returned promised phone calls (as recently as yesterday) - if you are going to list a car with a broker I would at least use one that has a clue how much you need to move a car - I feel that I got nothing from Roadrunner but a lot of blah blah blah - how hard the market is - all that I asked for was what does it take to get my car shipped and they couldn't execute - use someone who has a better real time sense of the market
