It's always worrisome about getting a high valued object like a vehicle shipped any distance. We'd much rather drive it than entrust it to someone else. And then there is the hassle and cost. Well, I picked up a new (to me) 4Runner from Maryland to have it delivered across the country. Let me tell you, it went well! The app to help determine pick up and estimated delivery dates, the map for the duration, and the contact was great! When the vehicle was going to be picked up, I was given the dispatch number and could find the status that the web site didn't have. Then when it was nearly here, the driver reached out to arrange a time that was convenient ("tomorrow night, or the next morning") and when it was time for "between 8A and 9A" he was there at 8:05 unloading my vehicle. The walk through, sign-off via phone app and everything went smoothly, without a hitch. Would I do it again? Of course! No one wants the hassle of driving a vehicle 2500 miles, but we do get worried about the safety and security of our cars. Well, no worries here!
