I used RoadRunner to secure a shipper to transport a classic Bronco I purchased out of state. This company did everything they agreed to do for me. They secured a shipper within a couple of days of my request, the vehicle was picked up and delivered on time..
It did take me a couple of tries to reach a representative on the morning of my delivery (Saturday) but, I was persistent and finally got through to a rep. They researched my question and got back to me within a couple of hours.
Overall, I'm very please with the service I received from RoadRunner.
