Although the pick up date and the quote given on-line changed, it is important to remember that the word "estimated" is associated with each. Once I spoke to Dominic, I understood that. They offer an optional insurance, which I felt reasonable, and accepted. 365 Auto Transport notified me the night before pick up with time frame and I was notified again confirming day of. Driver appeared, was so polite, careful with the car, very professional and was an excellent representative for the company. The hauler looked new, appeared to be in excellent condition. I had no reservation re watching Eric Gomez, driver, pull off with the full load of cars on his hauler. He arrived at the destination early after calling several hours beforehand to notify us.
