Sarah, thank you for providing us with the opportunity to address your feedback. Our reviews online depict a small fraction of the thousands of happy customers we assist daily. We understand that your vehicle is experiencing delays due to unforeseen circumstances and has been re assigned to a different carrier at this time. Because the location where your vehicle required pick up from is not frequented by our carrier network there was a delay in reassigning a carrier willing to transport your vehicle the rest of the way. We always advise that all dates are estimated and subject to change for reasons just like this and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this delay may have caused you.
