Sierra, the carrier we assigned to your transport reached the pickup location and because your vehicle was unable to be released due to forms that were not completed by you, they were unable to wait any longer and cancelled the transport. We never “promise” dates and always advise that all dates associated with shipment are estimated and are subject to change. When a cancellation like this happens, we can assign another carrier to try again and regret that you chose to cancel your shipment instead. A refund for this transaction has already been issued and we apologize for any confusion you may have experienced.
