RoadRunner would get ZERO stars if possible. This company lacks all key components a company should have. Zero communication, zero customer service, all lies. I was first told I would not be charged until the car was picked up. Come to find out the next morning I was charged $825 and my vehicle had not been picked up by carrier. I was promised next day service and same delivery and did not receive any communication from the company or carrier that my transport would be delayed. I continuously called both as my card had already been charged. No answer. Next day I finally got a hold of a rep who told me it’s was delayed for pick up next day. Fine, whatever. I provided exact details on where my car was and contact numbers to call before arrival. I had to reach out to the carrier because no one was called prior to arrival and the tow yard where my car was said no one picked up yet. I reached out to the carrier. The carrier they assigned me speaks no English and was texting and calling me in Spanish. Come to find out RoadRunner never gave the carrier the pick up address, just the business name. And never gave them my contact info or who to call prior to arrival. The driver told me RoadRunner cancelled my order. I was now out $825 and the driver received nothing for traveling from Texas to California to pick up my car. In the next two Days I called and emailed RoadRunner over 100 times to get my money back. No apology or explanation. Horrible service. Never do business with them.

Sierra, the carrier we assigned to your transport reached the pickup location and because your vehicle was unable to be released due to forms that were not completed by you, they were unable to wait any longer and cancelled the transport. We never “promise” dates and always advise that all dates associated with shipment are estimated and are subject to change. When a cancellation like this happens, we can assign another carrier to try again and regret that you chose to cancel your shipment instead. A refund for this transaction has already been issued and we apologize for any confusion you may have experienced.
