Alex, we are sorry to hear about your experience with us here at RoadRunner Auto Transport. Your credit card was not charged for this transport and only would have been with your full knowledge and when confirmation of a carrier for your transport has been assigned. Unfortunately, your route is not frequented by our carrier network, and we regret that you chose to cancel your shipment before we were able to assist you.
