They act like they can actually perform their job, and get cars shipped...but...they will give you the run around throughout the entire painstaking ordeal. I submitted the information for a car to be shipped, and picked up on a Saturday as I work through the week. TWO WEEKS later they try to get me to do the shipment on a Thursday...again, I work so I can't do that. They angrily tell me Saturdays are hard. Ummm ok, well why do you give that option then? Three weeks after my request they say they FINALLY have someone to ship it...they are a MIDDLE MAN come to find out. I am like ok, as long as it Saturday lets do it... Then the day before they cancel AFTER charging me the FULL amount which is illegal. Terrible company.
