At first I was delighted with how fast road runner serviced me. I was given prices quickly all hours of the day. However they assured me the price is accurate and there wil be no extra charges or hidden cost. THIS WAS A VERY IMPORTANT FACTOR. I TOLD NICK IM ON A TIGHT BUDGET SO PLEASE ASSURE ME THAT THIS PRICE IS ACCURATE. He told me not a penny more and it would take 2 to 3 days for me to get my car. I was quoted $895 from ohio to florida. So with assurance that i got. I found my car it just fit my budget perfect. I was so happy. AFTER ALMOST A MONTH OF SEARCHING I got my car. I trusted Nick and gave positive feedback for his service and help. Now the dealership told me to deliver my car it would $950. $55 savings ia big money as i paid fir this car in cash. Anyway the day my caris getting picked up. I get a call from the transport company and they tell me. $972 and it would take a week before i get my car. You see what gets me ticked off. When I agreed to have my car transported by Road runner. I signed an agreement paper without even reading it. I was so happy with the service that I trusted them and I didn't even bother reading. Anyway I called me sentiment message not a reply back. I'm not gonna go too much into details in this from my phone.
Short and simple if you have them deliver a card you in a give you a price. And they tell you that that is the final price. Don't trust them. They will service you quickly If you need pricing. But don't believe it Specially if you're on a budget like I was. Want you sign the agreement form. They're done with you you're not gonna call you back. If you cancel you have to pay I guess a penalty fee. In the estimated time of arrival was not correct Either. Because of this this screwed up a lot for me on my end with my budget and my Finances. Yes it's not even a 100 bucks but you know what screwed me over big time. In the fact my cells wreck didn't call me back Pisses me off as well.
The truck driver arrived today I got my car day early. Is name was Tim. He service me very well, very polite, waited for me, and even put my plate on my license plate holder. He is a very nice man and I was very happy with the service. For that reason I'm giving you guys 5 stars total. If it weren't for NI would only be given you guys to stars. And that's only for the quick service and "that were given to me when I request them. You guys should give tim a little bonus. I would have tipped him myself but you guys took that extra money for me. Search the you guys should do something about it and give him a tip and a thank you for servicing a pissed off customer. I really think it was screwed up that you guys told me that my price that was given to me was the final price in that there would be no extra charges. That's exactly how you put it and that is not right. And please do correct me if I'm wrong. Thank you Tim for your great service. Nick thanks for screwing me over and not calling me back. I regret leaving that positive review for you.
