The Roadrunner call & chat staff was always very responsive with quick replies. The transport truck & trailer were both obviously fairly new and well maintained (I drove tankers for 20+ years, so that's a bit plus for me). The only thing I would have liked was more timely info on the pickup and delivery times. We were told they would give us a 2 hr window and the pickup would be in the afternoon, but it was after 6. We got a call from the driver around 2:30 in the afternoon that he was in NJ and drop off was going to be a day earlier than estimated (a good thing) But the next call was at 9:30 in the evening and the driver was only 30-35 minutes away. It would have been nice to have more specific info on the pickup/drop off times provided based on traffic etc. on those 2 days. Otherwise--all very good.
