When i booked, I asked if they could store my car for 2 weeks until I arrived. They assured me that this was possible (for slightly extra fee). A month later I asked again if this was possible, again they assured me that this was part of the deal. Everything went well with pickup, transport. When they arrived, they called to let me know that they never wrote anything down about storing my car and that it was not in the contract so they would not store it. Thanks a lot road runner.. and thanks for charging me extra and then not following through.
