Nida, we apologize for the situation that required your need for next day transport, we understand that another company failed to pick up your vehicle in a timely manner causing your urgency to increase tenfold. Although we would love to help, next day transport is not always possible as carriers would need to be diverted from already planned routes. This can become much more expensive for you so we prefer to be straight forward about the realistic limitations of our capabilities, and save you the disappointment. Thank you for providing us the opportunity to address your issue.
