NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

I can not stress this enough NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! Completely redoing my review. Have had nothing but problems. This entire experience has been a horror show. So after multiple calls and confirmations we stressed again and again that the earliest we could be at our delivery location was the 16th. The reason for this being is that we are military and our flight dates are paid for by the military and therefore set in stone, because of this we could not be present for pick up any earlier than the 16th. Instead of working WITH the customer they called to tell us we had two options either WE PAY FOR STORAGE AT RIDICULOUS RATE OR THEY ARE GOING TO LEAVE OUR CARS AT THE DELIVERY SITE WITH OUR KEYS IN THEM. Now normally that would not be such a big deal except that our cars are smart cars they will unlock themselves if keys are left in the vehicles. So basically this company is saying I either have to pay for storage they assured me I would not need or...just leave 35 grand just sitting out in the open unlocked for anyone and everyone. Way to help the customer... I don’t expect them to help any further either as they have stopped taking our calls, send us to voicemail that just hangs up on us, and don’t answer through the online chat. The owner tried to contact us last time we posted a review and said they would “handle” it but it’s easy to see our worries fell on deaf ears as even the owner themselves did nothing about our situation. I am appalled at the service of this company and will be going to my JAG office to get this service blacklisted from military use as it is atrocious. As for everyone else all I can do is plead that you do not use this company for transporting your vehicle and that if you are unable to retrieve or sign for your vehicle like me and something happens SUE THEM Because that is exactly what I will be doing

We strive to provide excellent customer service and deeply regret the experience you've had with us. We kindly express to all customers that all dates associated with transport are estimated and cannot be guaranteed. We inform our customers that flights should not be scheduled based off estimated shipping dates. This is expressed both verbally upon booking and written in our terms of agreement. Since delays are not uncommon, we offer various suggestions to assist our customers that encounter timing issues due to moving demands and flights. We request that our customers enlist in assistance of secondary contact on either end of the transport. We suggested a few different options in hope that it would resolve your issues. We apologize that you were unable to come to a resolution with the options we have provided you and for the inconveniences you have experienced. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to address these issues.
