We strive to provide excellent customer service and deeply regret the experience you've had with us. We kindly express to all customers that all dates associated with transport are estimated and cannot be guaranteed. We inform our customers that flights should not be scheduled based off estimated shipping dates. This is expressed both verbally upon booking and written in our terms of agreement. Since delays are not uncommon, we offer various suggestions to assist our customers that encounter timing issues due to moving demands and flights. We request that our customers enlist in assistance of secondary contact on either end of the transport. We suggested a few different options in hope that it would resolve your issues. We apologize that you were unable to come to a resolution with the options we have provided you and for the inconveniences you have experienced. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to address these issues.
