Was not treated very well when it came to booking RoadRunner for their services. I was quoted one price and had to continually follow up in order to get any kind of ETA on the pick up. I booked for the 18th for pick up, was told it could be within 1-3 days and was quoted $1,197. I contacted them 4 different times and was told that they were trying to "find a carrier" each time and I was being moved to "urgent status" and that the days were "just an estimate". Finally today, one week later, I called and they told me the same thing, I just told them it's been a week and I've been being jerked around. They told me, "we can mark you as urgent". I said they already have supposedly and hung up. Low and behold I get a call a few minutes later saying they gave a carrier. GREAT NEWS!!! EXCEPT, now the price is $1287 and they won't be able to pick up until Friday. I asked why so long and they said, "it's a service driven industry." So I clarified with them that because they dropped the ball on their end, couldn't get my vehicle for 2 weeks after the estimated date of the 18th (within 1-3 days), they wanted to charge me more for their service. I've sold cars for 12 years in 3 different markets. I know that shipping a vehicle is going to run $800 to $1100. Paying a bit more because they need to make money us no issue. But when you try and tell me that your "service driven industry" is going to charge me more than they quoted, after someone drops the ball, I'm going to go elsewhere. I told them to cancel the request. I called up a dealership I previously worked for and am going to get my car shipped for $1006. #thanksbutnothanks Roadrunner.

The carrier that we located requested additional fees as they had priced the available spot on their trailer higher than expected for your transport route. Our team will always inform you of any available options that we receive and have the option to accept or decline.
