my experience with Roadrunner transport was GREAT
they gave me a quote for shipping, and stuck by it
I had a few questions , which were answered by E-Mail or phone conversations .
there was a couploe of "glitches" not by them but by 2 "OTHER" companies I tried to get to move my truck before them ( MY MISTAKE)
they told my how to correct it .
the people from sales to customer servive to the driver was great
the driver called me when he picked up my truck in california and returned my calls promptly, when he could ( NOT DRIVING). he got my truck that I inherited friom my Dad here safe and sound .... something that other companies couldnt do ......
AT LEAST NOT BY BUMPING THE PRICE UP ANOTHER $ 300,00-400.00 that it
I would use them again and reccomend them to anyone looking to transport a car or truck
