The quote came in at $1128 to drive 1400 miles. Pretty good for me, but no driver would take the shipment. I could not get anyone to return emails at Roadrunner. Finally 3 weeks later Nicole called to see if I still needed the truck moved. She said the quote was too low and we should add $100 to get a driver to pick it up. A week later nothing, so I called back and we had to up it again. In total I had to raise the price $400 and then a few days later it was finally picked up and delivered quickly. The driver left the key on at the drop-off location we discussed (I could not be there to pick it up for a week), so by the time I picked the truck up the battery was dead. In Montana, in the winter, this is a bad thing. The battery froze, so now I have to buy another battery. Other than Nicole this company did not seem to care about my shipment. I can't recommend them and will never use them again.
