I contacted Road King Transports about moving a vehicle for me. I spoke with and worked with Dustin. The vehicle was not picked up in 7 days, so I called Dustin and asked if we were ok to cancel the contract and get my full refund back. He told me that yes, we were ok to cancel and get a full refund. When I checked my bank two days later, only half of the deposit was refunded. When I called and asked Dustin about it, he told me that he made a mistake and that I was only entiltled to half of my money back. Do not trust these people.
