We made no indication that we are a carrier! We are only a broker. In fact no where on our website or contract does it say that we will transport vehicles ourselves as a carrier. We apologize for your bad experience with the carrier. When we hired them to move your vehicle, we looked into there company and found that they have only done good business, never any problems, everything checked out good. It is rare that a vehicle gets damaged in transport, but when it does the Carriers insurance will cover all damages.
