Big lier... worst experience

Stay away from this company.. please

I have contacted Road King to move my car from Arizona to New Jersey. I signed the paper work ($105 deposit) 12 days in advance before the requested pickup date. Dustin gave me a quote of $840 and promised me that we have sufficiant time to find a truck for my vehicle. He didn't call me and I had to call him before 4 days on the progress.

He gave me a call back and said that he found the driver but he is asking extra $60. After some argument I was okay to pay extra. But then he called me again stating that driver is already left and he will try to find another truck if possible. He started giving me all craps and lies. He adviced me to drop my vehicle keys in the car if I had to fly before the pick up date.

When I asked how soon you can find me another truck. He told me that it may take one week or two. He left me no choice but to cancel my order so he can eat deposit money.

I had to cancel my order and on the same day (4 days before the pickup date). I choose another good shipping company and their service was excellent. I end up paying $1100 for my car move. Do not let this company eat your deposit money.

I will never use Road King transport ever and will not reccommend to anyone.
