We contacted River City Auto Transport after reading the reviews from this site. While they did not have as many reviews as the other top companies listed, each review was stellar and specifically praised Jeff and Linda Gifford (husband and wife owner team) for their efforts and attitudes. Even with those reviews we were nervous given how much bad press the whole car moving industry seems to have.

Jeff and Linda made it clear very early on exactly how the process would work and were right every step of the way. They worked with our timeframe windows on both the pickup and delivery ends of our move and did not try to push a bad fit when they came knocking first. In the end they set us up with County Line Transport and Towing out of Tennessee. The dispatch (Jim) and driver (Richard), co-owners, could not have been nicer or more flexible. We would recommend them as well to anyone looking.
