This was the first time I had a vehicle transported and I was somewhat apprehensive about the transaction. However, I have to say that Jeff at River City was very informative and polite. He explained every step of the transport and carried out everything he said he would. In addition, the transporter was absolutely amazing. Phil and Karen took wonderful care of our car. They are some of the most friendly people I have ever met. Thank you River City for a smooth transaction and thank you Phil and Karen for getting my car to Oklahoma safely!
