Linda really goes the extra mile to keep in touch with you and the shipper to be sure the job gets done. Very personable and pleasant to speak with on the phone. Highly recommended broker. The auto transporter himself delivered the car a couple of days late probably due to a religious holiday. It would have been nice if he had just been up front about it but Linda kept after him and notified me that she would not be using him in the future.
