I've never been so disgusted with a business that I've contracted in my life. I arranged a contract with them 3/30/11 for a pickup date of 4/25/11 in the upper penninsula of michigan to go to honolulu.Plenty of time for a carrier to come and get it. My friend had my vehicle at his place, and he rearranged his work schedule to be available on the 25th, and nobody showed. I didn't recieve any calls, with any info on the status. 3 days later, still no one showed ,so I called the company, got voicemail, and asked how to get this resolved. No reply, and May 5th, I recieved a call from stephano, don't know who he was, and he said, they changed the pick up date to may 5th because the re allotted $100 more to entice a driver to go up there.(This was done without my knowledge).. One week later, still no one came to get my truck. My friend was disgusted, and said he can't wait around anymore, for someone not to show up. By this time, the registration was going to expire on May 21, so there wasnt enough time to pick up and ship before my registration expired, so he had to re-register it, and I set another pickup date for May 25..I was assured by David this would happen again, and he'll get my truck to Hawaii. Well, may 25th came and went, no one showed up,,and after one week I called and David told me they found out the carrier had to cross the Mackinaw bridge, and would need another $80. I told him I don't care, this is ridiculous, so the next day, I cancelled this bogus contract. I've since hired another company, and my truck was picked up 6/15/11 and it's on its way with 5 days of doing the paperwork. Obviously, they know how to take care of business, while Rite way auto transport, should be named Wrong Way non-transport company. Sorry guys, but you deserve this for all the trouble you've put me thru. I'll never recommend you to anyone, ever! Good Day!
