I had previously been contracted to Direct Express and had waited 2 weeks with no assignment. Their service was very poor. I then requested 10 quotes from a quote supplier and RiteWay was one of the quotes. Harold called me directly and was very nice and interested in my situation. He told me the Direct Express quote was too low and calculated a number that would get me assigned within 24 hours. We got it assigned a few hours. The driver was top notch. Car was deilvered early and with out a hitch.
