With no prior experience hiring transport of a car, I responded to this broker's quote because the quoted price was competitive. My telephone inquiry led to prompt scheduling of the transport and a "sweetening" of the price to match a lower quote I received from a competitor.

My primary contact with Rite Way was David Scherr. He explained the broker/carrier system and gave me information about scheduling the transport that turned out to be reliable and accurate. He answered my telephone calls promptly. The follow through by his dispatcher was helpful, and the email messages at each stage of the process were reassuring.

The delivery was on time. My new Audi arrived in good condition. I feel lucky to have found Rite Way Auto Transport and the carrier David arranged for me, Shafran Trucking.
