I'd never used an auto transport company before, and if I have to do it again I would have confidence that Rite Way would deliver. From the outset, Jon at RiteWay was persistent- in a good way- and made every attempt to address my ongoing questions and concerns with the greatest patience and good humor. Even right down to my last-minute change of plans due to family issues, I knew I would use their service and appreciated their going above and beyond the immediate arrangement to accommodate my situation. I only mean that the service was excellent from the first phone call in answer to my initial email inquiry all the way to delivery day.
