This was my second time transporting a car from New Jersey to Florida.
The first time was a nightmare with a different company.
BUT THIS TIME IT WAS A PLEASURE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
When I first spoke with Ronnie, I thought this is to good to be true, but the more I spoke with him the more I was feeling comfortable.
Ronnie promised me it would be there on time to be picked up and arriving in Florida since I told him it was for my son, he needed a car as soon as he got there and sure enough it was there exactly when he said it would be.
If anyone ever needs to send a car the only company to call is Rite Way and the person to talk to is Ronnie.
He called me as soon as a dispatcher was located then kept in touch and the day of pickup he called to make sure it was picked up and then checked with me again after the car was delivered.
Ronnie is a true gentleman, I have given his name and number to everyone that needs a transporter.
