The carrier was unable to pick up vehicle at house due to language barrier and gps issues. I drove the vehicle to the carrier(les than a mile) and he drove me back to the house. Upon delivery of the vehicle the driver left the car on a major busy street. The driver was unable to communicate with the customer due to not speaking English. The driver would not drive the vehicle into a safe zone. This was very poor customer service on the transport company. The company contact person was helpful with me but not the customer at delivery site. The explanation I received was that she did not want the cars to get scratched from trees. I used to live right where the car was going and I know there were not any trees near the road. I would not recommend this company to anyone(Molina and Sons).
