The service of Rite-way was excellent overall. The broker's representative as well as the dispatchers were both knowledgable and extremely helpful in arranging the transportation of my vehicle from Ohio to Montana. The only negative was that it took an extra week and a small additional fee for the dispatchers to obtain a carrier willing to transport my car to a remote area of Montana. That being said, the entire process went smoothly with both the broker and the carrier keeping me informed of the whereabouts of the vehicle as well as the estimated time/date of the arrival. If I were to transport another vehicle I would certainly use Riteway to move my car. They made what could have been a very nerve-wracking process a breeze. Who could ask for more?
