Dave is very helpful and bends over backwards to make sure that our vehicles are covered. We have been using Riteway as our primary transportation company for several months now. We ship on average 10-15 vehicle a week from coast to coast and we have been very happy with the service and respect that we are treated with.

I have personally become friends with all of the group over the last several months. Jayne, Sarah, Bonnie, and Dave have made my job so much easier and will always have an answer or get you the answer you need about when your vehicle will be at its destination.

As with all carriers we have had a couple of small incidents with some minor damage that was never an issue. They made it right as soon as they were notified of the claim.

I would say that as an overall on time rating I give them a 98% rating. The trucks always show up within a couple of hours of their estimated time, andthey hold they carriers responsible for the delivery dates being adhered too. ( As much as they can considering mechanical failures, delivery delays at other drops, and human error)
