This was my first experience at transporting a vehicle. Dave Scherr at Riteway really took the time to explain how the transport business operates and how pricing works. I got a lot of fast talkers and not much helpful information from other transport businesses. The driver and his wife were available by phone once they left Denver so we were able to know where the vehicle was at all times and exactly when it would arrive. Since I was transporting a vehicle for someone else, it was a little complicated but it all went off without a hitch.
