After researching 5 different transport companies, I decided to go with Rite Way because of the way I was treated and the compassion they should me. I felt they were really concerned for my experience with them. Ritika was fantastic, she sold me on the company with her genuine caring about my situation, she was enjoyable to speak with and very understanding. I buy a vehicle about every five months, I know without a doubt that I will use Rite Way again. I am sure my vehicle will be picked up on time, or as close as possible, and the vehicle will arrive in the condition in which I purchased it. Ritika spent some time with me, telling me a little bit about how their business operates, how long they have been in business, offering me websites to check out their 5 star rating, I think she is an asset to the company, I just loved talking with her. It wasn't just Ritika I spoke with, Blair, Sara and Jane were equally as nice. Overall, I think Rite Way Auto Transport is one great company and they stand behind their promises. I even received a discount for being a disabled veteran, I really appreciated that. Give them a call, it is worth your time and money.
