I am writing this review as a previously nervous and extremely skeptical person who was in the market to ship her car across the country. I was overwhelmed with the many companies, as well as the extremely bad and unreliable reviews. I figured, what is to stop companies from posting amazing reviews for themselves. For every positive review, there were it seemed, 5 terrible reviews that scared me off. I was almost ready to just drive the car myself, but I didn't want to drive that whole way alone, and for what I was being quoted by all the companies, it would cost about the same.
I basically had just about given up, sick of the harassing phone calls and numerous emails from auto transport companies, when I got another call from Jon at Riteway. He was polite, not pressuring, and answered my questions very knowledgeably. I felt more at ease, so I did some more research. I really liked that they didn't charge money "up front" and were very honest about what they did, the regulations, etc....
Anyway I decided to use Riteway, and couldn't have been happier. They kept in constant contact with me, sent me any documentation I needed, and my car was picked up within a few days. The driver, Chris, was extremely professional and on time, and kept in touch with me throughout the trip checking in to let me know when he was expecting to deliver my car.
My car was delivered a week after he picked it up, and everything went smoothly. I would 100% recommend this company, especially to anyone who is nervous about the process....
