Signed contract Jan 7 for pick up Jan 27. Continued to follow up with Josh and was assured not to worry .I was scheduled to fly to Minnesota Jan 28back to Mayo Clinic as my husband was n hospital waiting on heart transplant. Friday received call from Pete before Monday pickup as I still had no driver info and he was suppose to call back. FRIDAY afternoon never heard back either Josh or Pete. CALLED office and only dispatch was in. Spoke with them and they were Not Aware of pick up date a n d critical nature to locate driver. ENDED up postponing trip and moved to another company that provided driver that is picking up.
