The weather certainly posed a negative aspect to delivery (ice storms) as expected but this was Mother Nature at her worst and had nothing to do with the transport service or transporter.

My only complaint with the service was what I saw as a lack of communication. Calls were not returned as promised and when contacting the transport service I got what I deemed a rather snotty response from one of the customer service reps. Other 2 reps I dealt with, Pete included, were more than helpful and pleasant.

The transporter himself had a nice rig, and actually went out of his way on several occasions to work with us. He could have been better about status updates but thats only complaint.

Overall the price was good and I would use them again.
