Unfortunately scheduling the pick of my car was very difficult and very late. I had to ask third parties to help me in storing my car for the pick up. Even though I wasn't promised that the car was going to pick up on a specific day, I found that a delay of 6 days was simply too much, specially after telling me that the car was going to be pick up one day, and the next one, and then the following one, etc. I didn't like that I had to pay a deposit without having a fix pick up date. I didn't know until I had paid the deposit.

The positive aspect of the experience is that my car wasn't damaged during the transportation.
