I am amazed that this experience was so smooth. My initial contact with Rite Way's Josh King began this process. Josh explained the entire procedure: including the reason for the pricing in regards to time frame for the pick-up. Josh called me when my car was dispatched to the transporter. Before the pick up, I did have some questions, and Josh was always available to answer those questions. The transporter, Erik, called several days before pick up and within hours of the pickup. Erik called again the day before delivery, and within hours of the drop off.
From start to finish, no surprises; what was promised was provided. I would not hesitate to recommend Rite Way Auto Transport.
