I needed to move my car to Alaska and I spoke to several companies regarding all of the details involved..Stefano was very knowlagble and very patient with all of my questions...he explained everything to me so that could understatnd the process...he booked the transport from seattle to alaska on the boat for me and told mme what to expect....i gave him my dates and approved the order with him and within hours the dispatchers had called me with all of the transportation information on the carrier as well as the dates that my car would be on the ship form the port in seattle...the driver showed up when he told me he would and the car arrived in seattle on time to make the ship that stefano told me it would be on.....i will definatley use this company again tif the need arrises...awesome customer service
