Service was excellent in most respects, except that pickup five days after first available date was $100 over what was quoted. Rite Way absorbed $50 of this by sacrificing on their up-front fee and asked me in advance to pay the remaining $50 to the driver. I accepted this change but in retrospect I feel that the original quote should have been honored.

Driver did call me enroute and said he would arrive either that night or the next morning. I informed him that I had a meeting to attend at 9 AM. He arrived at 8 and unloaded the truck in good condition.
