This was my 1st time dealing with car transport agents. I spoke to many and choose Rite Way becasue they were mid-range priced, straight forth with information and explained the agent-carrier-driver relationship. Quotes from other agents started at $600-1500, I dropped the hi & low quotes and choose only from mid-tiered pricing.
My son's car was at Denver's Int'l Airport parking lot, RW coordinated a driver to pick-up car key on Tuesday outside of Annapolis, MD, car was picked-up @ DIA on Thursday, delivered to Annapolis the following Monday. This was a 7 day turnaround as promised.
Excellent experince dealing with Rite Way who responded to all my emails supported by their website tracking link. I rate Rite Way as a top tiered service driven car transport agent @ a mid-tiered price range.
