This was the first time that I’ve ever shipped my vehicle, and I’m glad it went as smooth as it did. I called Pete after receiving an email from him and ask him a few more questions I had about transporting my vehicle. I was moving to Florida from Texas and I had to drive a second vehicle. He answered all my questions and I gave them all the information he required from me. I was reluctant to give them my credit card information but he assured me I would not see a charge until my vehicle had been dispatched. He was right !!!!! The day after I was called by Bonnie in their dispatch dept. she advised me that I would then be charged the load portion. I paid the remaining balance to the driver when I got my vehicle in Florida. It went exactly how Pete said it would. Thanks Pete and Rite Way for making this a great experience…
