Never actually got to use the full service because I got scamed by Mayflower Express direct auto transport company(DONT USE THEM!!) But I worked with this company for a month and had to change my pick-up time several times, Phil was very good and honest with all aspects that I dealt with him on. I would call them, if I ever did it again, which I will try not to do....but not because of these guys.
