Working with Debbie from the start was EASY. She was the first to call me after submitting a request for quotes online, and quoted me the lowest rate by at least $100 over a handful of other companies. Debbie was courteous, professional, and a "go getter". My car was picked up in Ohio the next day from ordering with her, and to my house 36 hours later. Some luck was involved in getting my car so quickly, so don't think it will happen that way every time, but overall I give Debbie a 10 out of 10, 5 stars, or and A+...any way you want to call it. My car was dirty when I picked it up, but what is one to expect after traveling so far. The driver of the car hauler was very nice and courteous as well. Hopefully your experience with Riley Auto will be as easy and pleasurable as mine. Good luck!
