At the very start, Mr. Nguyen was advised of the timeline required for pick up. He was impatient, however his claim of 1000 calls & 100,000 e mails does indeed identify him. He did double book this move w/ another company & at a higher price. He refused the driver we had set up for him and to date his car still has not been picked up. One can only presume the problem is with him.
