Unfortunately as Brokers we have no control over what routes become cold, it is the nature of the business and that is something that is clearly stated in our/your contract. We did follow up with you many times to explain this to you and the last time our dispatch contacted you, you clearly and rudely said not to contact you until we had a status with a driver. Upon your cancellation we responded to you very quickly and made it clear that if you wanted to cancel your order we would refund you the deposit back. Ride-A-Way Vehicle transport is not here to try to make money unless we have worked for it. Once again Ride-A-Way Vehicle Transport is a broker and does not have control of any routes that become cold and are out of the beaten path not us and any other broker in this business can control that. At the end cold routes might take a little longer then the others, but we make sure that we do get the job done, unfortunately you did not try to understand this and ran out of patience witch we can not blame you for it, but we never tried to run away from providing you with the service or contacting you.
