Reliable Transport presented the second lowest of dozens of bids and delivered my over-sized SUV on time, under unusual circumstances, with extraordinary efficiency and professionalism. I live near Denver, CO and bought an over-sized SUV, over the Internet, near Bismarck, ND. I purchased this vehicle within 8 days before Christmas, 2011, hoping that I count present it to my wife for Christmas, but knowing that delivery before Christmas was unlikely. After the purchase paperwork was completed, through FedEx, there were only 4 days until Christmas. I self-learned about the auto transport business, and I read independent reviews for the three most credible and best bids among the many I received. I chose to start working with Kelly at Reliable because of their bid, their review, and the fact that Kelly was always available to teach me about the business or talk to me, even days before Christmas. I decided to let her post her bid. Because Reliable had not been recognized on Transportreview.com long, I was thinking about withdrawing my bid with Reliable and working with another broker, with similarly great reviews, but who had been on the web site for longer, when Kelly called, said that a driver was less than 1.5 hours from Bismark, and would take the bid if it were a little higher. Kelly told me that, because she wanted to be transparent, honest, and loyal to her quote, she absorbed enough of her cut of the bid to appease the driver and keep the total cost equal to her original bid. In other words, Kelly/Transport earned my business through a competitive bid, excellent client reviews, and respecting my position as a consumer, especially by sacrificing their financial gain for my well-being. This is one review I couldn't wait to write because I am an extremely satisfied customer. Incidentally, Kelly found Tower Trucking (who was coincidentally 1.5 hours from Bismarck), which is 5-star-rated, and who delivered our truck on time, as promised, at 11 am, on Christmas Eve day, as promised.
